When reading about Abyssinians, you quickly learn that the same colours have different names in different languages (and sometimes the same language, but different organisations!). And when it comes to reading foreign pedigrees, you do need to have a little help in the translation.
So here is a simple table of Abyssinian and cat related terms. This is very much a work in progress - if you can help by filling in the gaps (or correcting my mistakes!), please drop a line to the webmaster - Thanks.
